wheee.just came back from training at macritche.man i miss training!haha ok maybe not all the 3:18s and hard runs,nor the getting out of bed at 645am to make it for 8am trngs at mac.but i miss the long runs with the team!today was the best ive felt while running in a looong time.even though we got the location wrong (thanks leon!) and ended up at mac while the rest of the team was at ac,im glad we ended up running at mac.miss the place!like ian once said,it's just smth about the place..the rough terrain,the gravel,the trees,the grass,the hellish upslopes and the winding down slopes where you feel as if you're on a free fall..heck.even the monkeys.there's just no place like it.hahah doesn't really sound all that appealing i know.guess i just miss running there:)

me,seok,sarah,liz and david!hahah the poor guy ended up running off by himself cuz we were too slow for him.At first it was quite tiring.we were all trying to get back in shape and going alot slower than usual.We were all lyk,arghh.what happened to the pit stop?!But after getting over the initial fatigue,and i suppose the water break (which was a tad longer than usual) and the walking helped as well haha,the endorphin rush hit us all:)especially at the down slopes.stoked!Did the 10k route which was nice despite the rough terrain.yay:)

haha aiiight.im gonna catch a quick shut eye before meeting dipsy,elvin and the rest.hey as i said,i do not miss the waking up at 645am part.at all.haha.im off!

i regret many things that happened on wed.This liberty of freedom that Christ has given us does not give us the right to abuse it,or take it for granted.Rather,it is with this sense of freedom that we should choose to obey him and live our lives to glorify him:).it's difficult to draw the line sometimes though,and that's where i guess ill have to turn to him and listen to his voice.

i feel semi-normal now.yay.finally:).spent the whole of today conked out at shums place nursing a helluva bad hangover.And after getting home from her place,all i wanted to do was just crawl into bed and lapse into perpetual hibernation.arghh.that feeling sucked.no more drinks for me in a long long time:(

clubbing on wed.was a totally impulse thing.Was actually supposed to go with tony and edwin(which would be pretty funny if we had gone tog haha) but i cancelled cuz my parents have been on my case about stuyding and the usual these days so i didnt think they'd allow.After hanging with sam and tony in the afternoon,was gonna drop by shums place when she suddenly suggested staying over then clubbing.so yeah.thats how it happened.Aside from getting dead wasted and not remembering a single thing of what i did from 0230am to 530am,(which was very alarming,after getting the update from shums on what happened)i had fun!:)But i owe shums and bertrand beeg time!sorry you guys:(i over estimated my drinking abilities.

i wont recount what happened during the later part of clubbing,for the simple reason of it being too embarrassing for words.But the earlier part when i was still sober,that was goood:)i love live music!the band at rouge was totally good.i couldve just sat there the entire night listening to them.And the lead singer's voice was totally mesmerising.shums and i were just sitting there,fully aware that we were being very groupie-like but not caring in the very least because he was really really good.haha but when he starting singing wonderwall and trying to imitate liam gallagher's nasal voice..that was hilarious!he should just stick with creed-type songs.he does those really well!:)the live music at acid bar was not too bad as well..made me itch to just go up there pick up an accoustic and start strumming a few with 'em.hahah they'd prolly just throw me off the stage after listening to me for a bit.im definitely gonna go back to rouge quite often,now that they're gonna be having solely live music!i like:)haha and also cuz i wanna see a certain friend being the door bitch there:P.cant wait for As to be over then i can buy a bass and brush up on my bass!(if i even remember anything now,havent touched a bass in ages!)bertrand and his friend, baptiste joined us there later.i wanna learn french!haha.it was abit difficult at first trying to converse with Baptiste cuz his french accent was so thick and i had to keep asking him to repeat everything heh.

Went off to momo after that for free drinks.Then we started dancing and everything and arghh ok.my story shall end here.haha.All i can say is that im glad that we went to momo first instead of zouk,where there would be a whole lot of ac pple there.yeahh.you get my drift.

oh man.i cant believe the week's ending!:(Am glad for the much needed hiatus this past 2 weeks but so much for my resolution to start studying on the first day of the sept hols!

Had a great time catching up and studying with bryan:)hahah we got abeet trigger happy while trying to study discreetly at Mos.The crossies' hangout!:)anyway yay.6 questions of sampling!haha not much i noe but hey,i actually started studying today,as i said i would!Whether that'll last or not..ah.that's a different story altogether.haha

yeap.i said i'd update regularly and im being true to my word as always:p

bah.i hate rainy weather!it sucks to the core especially when you're out,with no umbrella,wearing a white top,and there's no shelter between bus stops!Was running in and out of the rain from church to queensway to anchorpoint and back to queensway again with no shelter in between!And it was pouring yesterday too!Missed my macritche run with the crossies cuz of that.bah.The drowned rat feeling is getting all too familiar these days.

woke up late this morning so couldnt meet amanda for first svc.Was super late for 2nd service and ended up missing the entire worship and communion.Felt super guilty so decided to attend the worship for 3rd service,which incidentally,happens to be the chinese service.haha.i didnt know there was a chinese version of "one way"!Didnt know half the songs and couldnt read half the chinese words on the powerpoint but i could feel God's presence and worship was good:).i guess there's no language barrier for God,or any barrier for that matter:)

Went to jac's place after that.Was supposed to help her mug for prelims but ended up slacking,or rather eating half the time!haha.can't help it.she's got this heeuge stash of cadbury chocolate in her fridge.She's got every version except the plain ones!(which is the one i happen to like)but i guess i can bear with a few nuts for the chocolate:D haha sorry babe.ill be a better disciplinarian, i promise!:p

This past week's been goood!(aside from the slight cold ive been nursing).it's just been one madcap shopping spree after another:)!Been dying for some solid retail therapy all throughout prelims and im finally getting it:)yay.Traipsing around orchard,bugis,queensway,anchorpoint, orchard and more orchard's been fun:)But it's all the same after awhile.i gotta find new places soon!!Finally disciplined myself to do some solid long runs oso though my speed and stamina has totally gone down down down.ack.i totally suck now:(haha was totally dyingg after the 6k portsdown run with seok this week.ohwell.But that's what i get from sitting on my ass the entire 3 weeks of prelims i suppose.aiiight.im gonna catch up on some much needed shut-eye.adieu!
